SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT:

In order for you to obtain the services provided by SANTINET WEB & GRAPHICS - S.W.G. - ("The Company"), you must agree to and accept the terms and conditions of this agreement ("Subscription Agreement"). Please read this Agreement carefully. It is important that you understand that, upon your acceptance of this Agreement, it can become a legally binding contract.

 

PRIVACY POLICY:
We Keep Your Information Private.
Protecting your privacy is important to us. We do not sell or exchange names or any other personally identifying information about our customers or guests.
We do not share, sell, rent or barter any identifiable personal information to any third party. We recognize how important your information is and have done our best to communicate our use of data collected not only within the site but to any extent we might further use it in the future. TRUSTe cannot cover future happenings we can only cover the site's current practices. We may disclose personal information when required by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary in order to conform to the edicts of the law or comply with a legal process served on our web site.

Security The information that you enter with Santinet, Inc is stored on our servers in a password-protected, personal account. To ensure maximum security, we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology and Thawte Site Encryptor, to provide secure communication over the Internet. The SSL is engaged during any interaction in which you enter personal information. All information is stored behind a secure computer firewall, a barrier that prevents outsiders from accessing our servers. To verify that you have a secure server connection, look for the locked padlock symbol at the bottom of your browser window or the HTMLS-code in the site connection identifier.

What information is being collected about me?
Currently, all information asked for in any form, as well as some browsing data such as pages visited, etc. (which is not collected in a personally identifiable way) is collected and stored.

Why are you collecting this information?
To enable processing your payment to S.W.G.

Who will have access to this information?
Only the owner/operators of S.W.G., and their duly authorized administrators will be able to see your information.

Will you sell/rent/share the information with anyone, including business partners?
Absolutely not!

Will the information be transferred to new management?
No. Existing records on our users will not be transferred to new management.

How is my information stored?
Your information will be stored electronically encrypted in a secured database. Additionally your information may be stored at our physical office location in a printed format, in this case, these records will be tightly monitored, and destroyed once their printed form is no longer needed.

How long is my information stored?
Because the information gathered and used by this system is for payment processing, the information will need to be stored until all payment related issues are taken care of, and all records, and files, etc. would no longer need to reference that data.

Will I be added to any mailing lists?
You will not be added to any mailing lists without your permission. All of our mailing lists are double opt-in only

I am 13 years old or younger, can I use the S.W.G. Payment Portal?
No. Nor should there be any reason for any person under the age of 18 to need to use this system. This policy is in compliance with the Federal Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
